1. How do I get service established?
To get service established you can either contact us by phone or click on
reservations and fill out the form and I will contact you to schedule a free
consultation to meet you and your pets. During this visit we will determine
what services are right for you, have you fill out our client agreement with
all necessary info. And pick up a key and a deposit (new clients).
2. How much notice do I need to give for a reservation?
Please allow us at least 2 weeks if you are a new client, and 1 week if
you are an established client. We require 30 day advanced notice for all
clients who wish to have service during major holidays.
3. How long do you spend with my pet (s) per visit?
Visits usually last from 25-30 minutes depending on the needs and number of pets.

4. How long do you walk my dog(s)?
Dog walks typically last 30 minutes.
5. Do I have to have proof of vaccines?
Yes. All pets must be current on all vaccines in order to protect
them and the pet sitter should an accident occur.
6. What if my pet needs medications?
We can administer the necessary meds to your pet, excluding IV injections.
7. What if I require emergency service?
We will do our best to accommodate you, but cannot guaranty availability.
8. What are payment requirements?
For new client’s, we require a deposit of half is due on day of initial
consultation or on the day you confirm your reservation, and the remaining
balance on the first day of service. For established client’s payment is due
in full on the first day of service. We accept cash and checks at this time.
9. Are you licensed?
Yes. We are a fully licensed business. We are also bonded and insured
as well as a member of Pet Sitters International (PSI).
